Cheese Cake
8 oz creamed cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix ingredients and put into a baked graham cracker pie shell. Bake 20 minutes at 375.
Cool. Put foil around edges of pie shell so it won't burn. Mix 1 cup sour cream,
2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour on top and bake at 425 for an additional 5 minutes.
