Mincemeat Fruit Cake
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 jar (28 oz) mincemeat
1 1/2 cups Eagles Brand milk
(condensed)
2 eggs
1 cup pecans
1 lb candied fruit
Mix ingredients together, pour into pan and bake at 300 for 2 hours.
