4 or 5 leek bunches, cut up
3 bunches Swiss chard
3 yellow onions
3 potatoes (grate and squeeze out excess water)
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Salt and pepper
2-4 tbsp olive oil
Sauté leeks in a little oil, add swiss chard that has been boiled and chopped.
Sauté onions separately, just a little - do not brown. Add potatoes to above mixture.
Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and olive oil.
Put in crust made with oil instead of shortening. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
