Pork Chop Casserole

Pork chops
Green pepper
1 (No. 2) can of tomatoes
Chili powder
1 cup rice

Brown pork chops in skillet and pour off excess fat. Sprinkle chops with chopped green pepper and onion. Pour tomatoes over chops. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Sprinkle 1/2 cup rice over all. Cover and simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
