Starlight Cake
2 cups flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla or other flavoring
3 eggs
Sift together dry ingredients. Mix shortening, milk, flavoring and eggs and beat
until creamy. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into cake pan(s) and bake
at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
