Cooked ham, chopped
Hard-boiled or fried egg, chopped
Mix equal parts of cooked ham, egg and grated cheese (any good kind that melts) and season
with onion, salt, garlic salt, parsley, olives, celery and anything else you like! Put
together with mayonnaise and stuff into hollowed out weiner rolls. Roll each one tightly
in wax paper. Heat about 1/2 hour in slow oven until cheese melts. Serve in waxed paper
and let guests unwrap them. May be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator.
