Watergate Cake

1 package white cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup 7-up or Sprite
1 package (3 oz.) pistachio pudding
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup coconut

Pour in a greased, floured 9 x 13 x 2" pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Cover Up Icing:
2-3 oz. Dream Whip
1 package pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cup milk

Combine ingredients, beat until thick. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut and 3/4 cup nuts.
