2 quarts warm water (8 cups)
2/3 cup dry yeast (14 tbsp)
3/4 cup sugar
6 1/2 lbs flour (approx 4 cups = 1 lb)
3 tbsp salt
1 1/4 cup (or 1/2 lb) dry milk
2 cups dry eggs (or 12 fresh eggs)
Mix yeast, water and sugar. Let dissolve 5 minutes. Add butter and all dry ingredients, and beat well about 5 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes, then roll out. Bake in 350 oven.
