Stuffed Artichokes
4-6 artichokes
2 medium onions
1/2 cup parsley
2 large cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
9 slices dry bread
Place artichokes in warm salted water so leaves will expand to stuff easily.
Fry onions, parsley and garlic in oil. Add salt and pepper. Soak bread in water
and drain. Add to other ingredients. Stuff artichokes when cool. Bake in covered
pan with oil and water for about 1 hour at 350.
