Bakala (Cod Fish)

Cod fish
Onion, chopped
Garlic
Parsley, chopped
Oil
Salt and pepper
Potatoes, boiled and diced


Fry onions, garlic and parsley in oil. Add cod fish, cut into large pieces, cook for a few minutes. Add just a little water and steam. Cover and let simmer until tender. Add plenty of salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes. Simmer for a few minutes together and serve.
