Enchilada Casserole
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck roast
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
2 cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp chili powder
6 tortillas
1 clove garlic
Brown meat and onion. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings and simmer awhile. Alternate layers of tortillas, sauce and cheese in baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
