Fish Baked in Wine
2 lbs fish
Salt and pepper
1 large onion
1 cup dry white wine
3 tbsp butter
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper fish, cover with sliced onion. Pour wine over top and marinate 30 minutes.
Melt butter in baking dish. Put fish and onions in pan, cover with tomato sauce, salt and
green pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Baste with leftover wine sauce and
Worcestershire sauce.
