Evelyn's French Toast Omelet
Unsliced loaf of bread
6 eggs
3 cups milk
Meat of choice (ham, sausage or bacon)
Shredded cheese
Cut 6 thick slices from bread loaf. Mix eggs and milk. Place bread in greased pan with meat and cheese on top. Pour egg and milk mixture over top and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 45-60 minutes. Add onions, chilis or bell pepper if desired.
