Lemon Jello Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package lemon jello
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
Mix ingredients together. Beat until creamy (4 minutes). Bake in long, large pan
at 350 for 40 minutes.
Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp soft butter
Mix well until soupy. Pick cake over with large toothpick. Pour frosting on the
cake, patting down well with spatula.
