Orange Frost Jello

1 package (3 oz) orange jello
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbert
1 cup sweetened whipped cream or Dream Whip Topping
1/8 tsp ground ginger (optional)


Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add the sherbert by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Beat until frothy. Spoon into sherbet glasses or 1 quart mold. Chill until firm.
