Oven Fried Fish
Fish
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
Melt 1/2 cup butter. Pour half over the bottom of a baking dish lined with foil.
Heat oven to 500 degrees, then heat baking dish for 3 minutes. Beat 1 egg yolk with
1/3 cup milk, salt and pepper. Dip fish in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Put
fish in baking dish. Pour rest of butter over fish. Bake for 10 minutes, or until
done.
