Rocky Road Fudge
2 (6 oz) packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz) package miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp margarine
In saucepan, melt morsels with milk and margarine. In large bowl, combine nuts and
marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture, mix well. Spread into wax
paper lined 13 x 9" pan. Chill 2 hours. Turn onto cutting board, peel off paper
and cut into squares.
