Spanish Pork Sausage
Pork Butt (15 lbs, ground)
1 head of garlic, mashed
4 oz. paprika
2 oz. cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
1 cup water
Mix thoroughly 2 or 3 times a day for 3 days. Put in skins.
